The purpose of this procedure is to make sure that it is the card holder who is performing the exchange transaction on our website.
Each bank card has to be verified once – no repeated verification is required for the card, all you have to do is provide the number of your previous application in our service chat for the operator.
For verification of your bank card take the following actions:
- Take a photo of your card against the background of the open tab of our website with your application number.
- The photo must also clearly show the following: the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits of your card number and your full name must also be clearly visible if your card is personalized.
- Upload the photo to our chat with the application number.
All other data in the photo can be covered. Only the front of the card is required!
After you upload the card to the website chat, its verification will take about a minute.
Money is refunded within 24 hours.
